Dell Inspiron 14 5430
This is by no means the latest and greatest, but it's more than enough for web development
I also have the dock for it so I can easily connect to my screens, camera, microphone, keyboard, and speakers in one go.

Lenovo 27-inch FHD Monitor
The 2560x1440 resolution is crisp at 27" without needing to be scaled, and it has enough space to place two windows side by side. I screen share a lot so anything larger or ultrawide doesn't really work for me.
